Who We Are: A Farmington Real Estate Broker
Selling a property, settling a parent's estate or dividing a house in a divorce brings a pile of new words and deadlines. We sort them out with you, say what each choice costs and means, and tell you what comes next, so nothing gets decided by guesswork.

How We Got Here
We have worked as a real estate agent since 2015. In 2021 we became a licensed real estate broker. That license lets us run our own practice and take full responsibility for the paperwork, the disclosures and the deadlines on every sale we handle.
Along the way we noticed the same thing over and over. Most sellers were not confused by the house. They were confused by the process. Escrow, contingencies, probate court steps and title holds all got explained in jargon, or not at all. So we made explaining things the center of how we work.
We also hold the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert designation. Selling a shared property during a divorce has its own rules, two owners who both need to sign, and often a court order to follow. That training helps us keep both sides informed and the sale moving, without taking sides.
How We Work With You
- 01
Every term, explained once and clearly
If a document uses a word you do not know, we stop and explain it. You will hear what a contingency is, what escrow holds, and why a title report matters before you sign anything.
- 02
Your options laid side by side
Sell now or wait. Fix a few things or sell the house as it stands. We walk through what each choice likely means for your timeline and your net, then you pick.
- 03
Costs spelled out in writing
Commission, escrow fees, title costs and any repairs a buyer asks for all get named up front. You should know roughly what you walk away with before the sale starts, not at the closing table.
- 04
No lock-in before a contract
Our agreement can be canceled at any point before the sale goes under contract. If the fit is wrong, you are free to step away, and we part on good terms.
Meeting You Where It Works
We serve Farmington and the surrounding area. You can meet us at our office, or we can talk by phone or video if you live out of town, which is common for families handling an inherited property. Many of the documents can be signed electronically, so distance rarely slows a sale down. Our services pages cover home selling, inherited and probate houses, divorce home sales and home buying help in more detail.
