Everything starts with a phone call. That is the one way to reach us, and it keeps things simple. When you call, we ask a few plain questions about the property, who owns it and what you need to happen. Then we tell you what your choices are and what each one involves, without the jargon.
That could be a regular sale, sorting out an inherited or probate house, selling during a divorce, or getting help buying your next place. If it makes sense to keep going, we set up a longer talk by phone or video to go over the details. Nobody has to decide anything on the first call. If what you need is outside the work we do, we will tell you that straight.
Have These Handy When You Pick Up the Phone
- Where the property is and what shape it is in, along with any repairs you already know about.
- Who is on the title right now, and with an inherited house, whether probate is open and who was named to handle the estate.
